Snuggle Worthy Shipping - Snout to door service from our Werkshop to your weens. 

 

Welcome to our Shipping Policy! We offer standard and expedited shipping options to ensure your dachshund's apparel reaches you in a timely manner. Our packaging is designed to protect the quality of the garments during transit, and our shipping costs are transparent and affordable. We strive to provide you with a seamless shipping experience that you can trust.
 

​🧵 Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Because each piece is handmade, custom or made-to-order garments may require additional time before shipping. Any extended lead times will be clearly noted at checkout or in your order confirmation.

📦 Shipping Options (Canada)

To keep things simple and pawsitive, Weenie Werks offers two shipping options within Canada for parcels under 500 g:

🐾 Canada Post Regular Mail

  • Flat Rate: $6 CAD

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on destination

  • Untracked service — ideal for small accessories or single lightweight garments

🐾 Flat-Rate Tracked Parcel (Canada Post Expedited)

  • Flat Rate: $12 CAD

  • Includes tracking and insurance

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days, depending on destination

Orders over 500 g or containing multiple garments will be automatically recalculated at checkout based on actual weight and region.

  • $6 Tracked Shipping on Canadian orders over $100 CAD

  • Free Tracked Shipping on Canadian orders over $150 CAD

🌎 International Shipping

International orders are shipped via the most reliable and cost-effective carrier available at the time of shipping. Rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that Weenie Werks cannot offer prepayment of duties or import taxes for international customers. If your country imposes these charges, you may be required to pay them upon delivery before your package is released.

🚫 Postal Service Delays & Responsibility

In the event of postal strikes, weather disruptions, or carrier delays, please be patient — your package will arrive safely; it may just take a little longer to reach your ween’s wardrobe.

While every parcel leaves our Werkshop with care, Weenie Werks is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, especially when shipped via untracked Regular Mail.

Every Weenie Werks parcel is lovingly packed by hand, often with a curious dachshund supervising nearby. We take pride in sending a little piece of our cozy-luxe world to yours — thoughtfully made, sustainably inspired, and ready to be adored by your long-bodied bestie.

local pickup available for Kelowna/Okanagan area.  Please contact Weenie Werks to make an appointment for pickup. Local delivery available subject to Weenie Werks members being in your area.

Return & Exchange Policy

The Werkshop Fit Promise because every ween deserves the perfect fit and every piece deserves a long cozy life.

Our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind when making a purchase for your dachshund.

 

​Off the Cutting Room Floor

 If for any reason you're not satisfied with the fit or design we offer a 15 day exchange for all off the rack buys. Products must be in new condition with tags and a copy of the original purchase receipt. Items should be clean and void of dog hair... the best you can.  Return shipping paid by customer. Production or shipping error returns to be paid by Weenie Werks. Representative will review reason for return prior to shipping determination. 

 

Custom Made Orders 

Each Weenie Werks custom order is handmade to fit your weens unique shape.  If its not pawfect, we will happily adjust it.  One complimentary alteration included with every custom order.  Extra material is automatically stored in the wear-house vault with each Pack Werks member file.

 

Discounted Lifetime Adjustments - We will grow with your weens!

Weight changes, seasons or just a little extra wiggle room - we've got you covered.  

For the original owner 25% off future fixes, resizing or reinforcements.

Applies to stitching, fit tweaks and comfort adjustments, not to heavy restyling or heavy damage repair. Each garment will be thoroughly assessed and a conditional quote will be provided prior to any alterations or repairs. Garment alterations subject to available materials as we are an upcycle based company.  Each garment is subject to photo or in person inspection.


Exchange Credit Program - We are in this for the long run

We know how fast those little legs grow! When your weens moves up a size from lil' weens to tweenie or beyond were here for you! Return your gently worn garment back to Weenie Werks and we will give you an exchange credit towards their next size.

Each returned piece is lovingly upcycled or donated - helping another ween stay warm and cozy while keeping textile waste out of the landfill. Its our way of keeping tails wagging and sustainability at the heart of everything we do.
